Summer Jam 2010 Wake MK – this Sunday

If you didn’t already know, its one of the sickest wake park contests of the summer.
Run in the style of a jam format for qualifying, then a 2 run best lap final.
There will be DJ’s pumpin the vibe all day and loads of cool prizes and cash up for grabs!
It’s a fun comp for all levels so make sure you don’t miss out!

Entry forms for Summer Jam are available to download
and if you take it to Wake MK you can get a 2 hour session for £15.

Remember entries need to be paid in cash either in advance or on the day

Categories:

Pro Men (10+ inverts)
Pro Women (2+ inverts)
Open Men
Open Women
Pro Rail Jam
Open Rail Jam
Wakeskate Jam
Mini Jam (under 14s)

£20 for your 1st category, £15 for any others

Judging:

Once again the panel of selected judges will be independent from WakeMK Cable Park – so fair, impartial decisions can be made.
Judges will do their very best to spot every trick by every rider, but tricks from corner one to the first obstacle on the back straight cannot be counted (although you can still do them for fun)
The Panel will be looking for variety, technicality and style on rails, kickers and off the flats.
The 2 run finals will run in the usual format.

FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE RIDERS BRIEFING 9.15AM

Membership Renewal Time

The sun is shinning and you are back on the water?  Yes of course!

so that means it’s a new cable wakeboarding season

It also means that most likely your British Waterski Membership and competitors license will need renewing.

suntans

If you want to compete in the National Cable Wakeboard Championships you must be a current member of British Waterski with a valid cable license.

There are a number of different ways to renew or join and also different prices!

It’s cheaper to join BWS through your Home Cable, rather than direct, so get in touch with your cable now.

Some types of cable park memberships have in the past also included the BWS Membership.

Princes Riders please note this is no longer the case this year.

Cable Licenses still need to be applied for directly with BWS but you can download all of the forms here

Just print off and fill in and send over to the Federation Office at Thorpe
